Workout Definition
Per Exercise — each exercise gets its own timer
Circuit 1: 3 rounds, 0:30 per exercise, 10 sec rest High Knees Mountain Climbers Jumping Jacks
Each exercise gets a 0:30 countdown. 10s rest between exercises.
Per Round — all exercises share one timer
Circuit 2: 10 rounds, 1:05 per round, 15 sec rest 8x Curl to shoulder press 8x Forward lunges (total) High Knees until end
One 1:05 timer per round. Complete all exercises before it runs out. 15s rest between rounds.
Separate circuits with a blank line. Time can be M:SS or plain seconds.
